| sir i am an army officer,i am holding a DSP a/c with sbi pathanamthitta branch(7252),but the bank authorities are oblivious about the DSP entitlements of a soldier and iam harrassed by not giving me my eligible home loan amount.i am purchasing a house at ruppees 2500000 and the registration wil cost me 250000.the total amont comes to 2750000.now the bank is telling that it could giv me only 2000000.i am drawing a monthly salary of around 50000.i begged to yhe bank but they are not co operating.now i am in great trouble and at the verge of losing my agreement cost 50000,and the rest processing charges.this is the second month iam behind this loan.i now feel very disabled with my DSP ACCOUNT.I HAD SUBMITTED MY IREVOCABLE CERTIFICATES AND ALL OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.now the bank gives unwanted excuses for not giving me more than 200000.pl help me. |

I am a Army person. My DSP account No is 30820069035 in SBI, Br Shiamganj Bareilly (Br Code- 1819, IFSC Code- SBIN0001819). In my account balance amount is above 3 laks. It should be auto sweep to fixed deposit and interest rate should be as fixed deposit but my amount has not been auto sweep to fixed deposit. I am in loss of amount of interest of fixed deposit.
Please take necessary action in favour of me.

| Sir, i am a DSP account holder(30784940404) in SBI Sambra. One feature of dsp account is that you can avail the two months overdraft of your monthly payment at 4% interest, overdraft amounts has to deposit in six installment. Sir, when i approached to Bank manager for the same, he told me that it is with 16% of interest the day you take the overdraft payment. kindly clarify the same. |

| Sir, I am serving in Air Force and having DSP account. One of the facility of this Account as mentioned in posters etc is free Draft service to DSP account holder. Kindly intimate (e-mail)whether this is correct, since till now I have been charged for making Drafts by SBI AF stn Hasimara branch even after having DSP A/C stating that "no circular is received at this Bank in this regard".Please help so that we also get this facility provided by your prestigious bank.
