A special award under the banner of “National Awards for Excellence in SSI Lending” has been conferred upon State Bank of Saurashtra by the Union ministry of SSI.
State Bank of Saurashtra, a leading bank of Gujarat, has attained the first rank amongst associates of SBI based on its creditable performance in lending to SSI sector during the year 2005-06.
S K Singh, managing director of State Bank of Saurashtra received the prestigious award from Union defence minister at the “National Convention & National Awards Function” held in New Delhi last week.
