The Sensex today opened down 58 points at 15,712 on weak cues from global markets. The index has recovered partially and is now down 13 points at 15,756.
The Nifty is at 4,675 down six points.
Jaiprakash Associates, Maruti Suzuki and Hindalco have slipped 1% each to Rs 219, Rs 1,390 and Rs 106, respectively.
On the other hand, Wipro has gained 2% at Rs 568. TCS has added 1.5% to Rs 557.
Bharti Airtel and Sun Pharma have moved up 1% each.
