The Sensex finally ended (provisional) at 14,902, down 258 points.
The NSE Nifty finally ended (provisional) at 4,402, down 79 points.

The Sensex is now at 15,060, down 100 points.
The BSE IT index is up 3% at 4,036. The Auto index continues to languish, down 4% at 5,247.
Mahindra & Mahindra has slipped 8% to Rs 765. ACC has dropped 5% to Rs 823.
Hero Honda and ITC are down 3% each to Rs 1,428 and Rs 223, respectively.
TCS has advanced 6% to Rs 540. Wipro and Infosys have added over 2.5% each to Rs 515 and Rs 2,096, respectively.
ONGC and Tata Power have added over 2% each to Rs 1,160 and Rs 1,248, respectively.
The market breadth remains negative, out of 2,688 shares traded, 1,679 have declined and 930 have advanced so far on the BSE.
The NSE Nifty is at 4,454, down 26 points.
