| Sensex ends 57pts higher |

The Sensex finally ended (provisional) at 15,067, up 57 points.
The NSE Nifty ended (provisional) at 4,472, up 34 points.

The Sensex after slipping into the negative zone for a brief while has managed to rebound and is now at 15,062, up 53 points.
The BSE Auto index is up 3% at 5,350.
Tata Motors has advanced 6% to Rs 425. Maruti and Bharti Airtel have added over 2% each to Rs 1,278 and Rs 381, respectively.
Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Power are up around 1.5% each at Rs 770 and Rs 1,268, respectively.
Jaiprakash Associates has slipped 3% to Rs 208. HDFC, Wipro and NTPC are down 1.5% each.
The market breadth is marginally negative, out of 2,686 shares traded, 1,319 have declined and 1,266 have advanced so far on the BSE.
The NSE Nifty is at 4,466, up 29 points.
