| Sensex ends up 38pts |

The Sensex has ended (provisional) at 15,807 - up 38 points.
The Nifty ended at 4,696 - up 15 points.

The Sensex after slipping into the negative zone for a brief while has rebounded. The index is now flat at 15,781, up 11 points.
The NSE Nifty is at 4,690, up nine points.
Bharti Airtel has soared 3% to Rs 417. Sterlite and Tata Power have advanced over 1.5% each to Rs 696 and Rs 1,357, respectively.
Wipro, ONGC, ITC, Mahindra & Mahindra and NTPC are up over 1% each.
Tata Motors and Tata Steel have slipped around 2% each to Rs 488 and Rs 451, respectively.
Reliance Communication, Hero Honda, Hindustan Unilever and DLF have dropped 1.5% each to Rs 263, Rs 1,475, Rs 259 and Rs 393, respectively.
The market breadth is positive, out of 2,814 shares traded, 1,637 have advanced and 1,101 have declined so far on the BSE.
