| Sensex pares gains; ICICI Bank up 4% |

The Sensex has erased some of its gains and is now at 16,269, up 87 points.
The NSE Nifty is at 4,834, up 20 points.
Among the sectoral indices, the bankex index has zoomed 1.5% to 8,837. Healthcare and metal indices are up 1% each.
ICICI Bank has advanced 4% to Rs 822. Tata Motors and Sterlite have added 2.5% each to Rs 571 and Rs 766, respectively.
Reliance Communications, Tata Steel, BHEL and Infosys are up over 1.5% each at Rs 305, Rs 468, Rs 2,274 and Rs 2,227, respectively.
Hero Honda has slipped 3% to Rs 1,581. Jaiprakash Associates and Mahindra & Mahindra are down over 1% each at Rs 234 and Rs 825, respectively.
The market breadth is negative, out of 2,742 shares traded, 1,399 declined and 1,251 advanced so far on the BSE.
