| Sensex recovers from day's low |

 The Sensex opened down 73 points at 15,441 and slipped to a low of 15,333. Thereafter the index recovered partially and is now down 50 points at 15,463.
The Nifty is 4,566 - down 19 points.
Hindustan Unilever and Mahindra & MAhindra have dropped 2.5% each to RS 272 and Rs 860, respectively. Hindalco has slipped 2.3% to Rs 101.
Auto stocks Maruti Suzuki, Hero Honda and Tata Motors are down 2% each a Rs 1,333, Rs 1,485 and Rs 410, respectively. Sterlite has declined 2% to Rs 635.
Jaiprakash Associates, BHEL, DLF, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank and Reliance Communications are down 1% each.
However, Bharti Airtel has added 2% to Rs 407. Sun Pharma is up 1% at Rs 1,213.
