Shree Shubham Logistics today said that it has entered into a two-year pact with NCDEX Spot Exchange, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the commodity exchange, to provide warehousing and logistics support to market participants.
Farmers, traders and processors are likely to benefit from the agreement, Shree Subham Logistics (SSLL), an arm of Kalpataru Power Transmission, said in a release here.
"We will jointly work to promote the benefits of electronic agricultural commodity markets among the agricultural trade participants including farmers, traders and processors," SSLL Executive Director Aditya Bafna said.
NSPOT and SSLL would share between them business process knowledge and expertise in implementation of logistics and settlement processes in physical deliveries and bringing farmer and end consumer on the same platform.
