Softlink bags 60 clients in second quarter

· Softlink Logistic Systems, one of India's pioneering software product companies for Logistic and International Trade, today announced that they have added more than 60 new clients in the second quarter. The new clients included companies from shipping, freight forwarding and custom agents

· New accounts signed have companies like Jindal SAW Ltd, Skylark Cargo Services, Darabshaw B. Cursetjee's, Amish Shipping Agency, Shree Shipping Services, Om Freight Forwarders, Siddhartha Logistics, Divya Shipping & Clearing Services, Chakiat Agencies 

· The company has received good response from the stakeholders operating in Indian logistics industry for its solutions that include Visual Impex, Visual X-PORT, Visual Akash and Visual Samudra 

· Additionally, 22 existing clients repose their faith in Softlink by ordering additional software 

· With the addition of 60 new clients added in the portfolio, Softlink has reached the client roaster to over 2500 customers in Indian logistics sector. Company aims to reach the mark of over 3000 customers by the end of this fiscal 2009-2010 

· Softlink’s Logi-Sys product, a web-based, end-to-end, modular, scalable, ERP software for Freight Forwarders & NVOCCs has started gaining significant traction in the market 

· In the coming quarter, company plans to expand its global footprint and will explore the funding route to support the same initiative
