| SPFL Securities Ltd, a Kanpur-based stock- and commodity-broking company, inaugurated its fifteenth centre in Uttar Pradesh recently in the Sanjay Place commercial area of Agra with plans to expand through the major commercial centres of the country.

| Talking to the mediapersons on this occasion, Virendra Kumar Chaturvedi, director, SPFL Securities Ltd, said managed by its chairman, Mahendra Mohan Gupta, who is also the managing director of the Dainik Jagran newspapers group, SPFL securities Ltd had grown in the past 10 years since being established in 1995 as a simple share-broking firm.

| Now, the company is dealing in both shares and commodities and has a presence in almost all major cities of Uttar Pradesh and the country.

| Chaturvedi said SPFL Securities Ltd had 14 other offices in Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Pilibhit, Lakhimpur, Khiri, Bahraich, Banda, Mirzapur, Orai, Gonda, and Sonbhadra of Uttar Pradesh and this was the fifteenth branch to be opened in the state.

| Now, Chaturvedi said the company was also expanding its reach into other states of the country and already, it had branches in Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Ranchi and Gwalior with more trading centres to be opened shortly in other commercially important towns of the country.

| Besides, the company was also targeting the smaller towns of the country, where the people were yet to become aware of the stock & commodity trading business. |
