Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that the company has acquired Tricom Document Management Inc, California in US, which will function as Tricom’s marketing subsidiary in the US.
The company is a player in the non-voice segment of the BPO industry and much of the work it does is of the nature of transaction processing, litigation coding and indexing.
