| Suchirindia signs MoU with Kyrgyz Republic for land develoment |

Suchirindia Developers, an infrastructure major, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Diplomatic Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzdipservice) for development of land as well as operation of a Diplomatic City.
Suchirindia and Kyrgyzdipservice would join hands to set up a joint venture (JV), initially, for developming the Land of 50,806 sq mts, owned by the Kygyz Republic. This JV would construct the Diplomatic City to cater to the needs of various embassies and Consulate offices in the Bishekek city, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
"Suchirindia is posed for a rapid growth in developing Railway projects in Bihar, mega-storied complexes and hotel complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka through KSR Infra and Suchir NEB as SPVs," Suchirindia CEO Dr Y Kiran told mediapersons here today.
He said that in four years of its business journey, Suchitra has developed over twenty four land mark commercial and rersidential projects at strategic locations of Hyderabad.
Suchirindia has an ambitious plan of venturing into first-of-its -kind amusement and adventure parks, named as Suchir's Kingdom in Hyderabad. It is set to create a niche for itself in the minds of youngsters and the elders alike, he added.
This project includes construction of embassies, multi-storied residential complexes, schools, hospitals etc, with a total outlay of about Rs 5,000 crores, he added.
Dr Kiran said that he is upbeat with the development and looking forward for creation of world class infrastructure for the diplomats in Kyrgyz Republic.
