One more person succumbed to swine flu here today taking the death toll due to the disease in the state to 44, health officials said.

Kamla Kanan (30), a resident of Sama locality in the city, died of the influenza at the isolation ward of SSG hospital, doctors told PTI. His wife too is suffering from swine flu and is undergoing treatment in the same hospital, they said.
