Tata Housing enters affordable segment with 'New Haven'

Tata Housing Development Company, today announced the launch of 'New Haven', an initiative in the affordable housing segment.        

The flagship project of New Haven will be launched at Boisar in Mumbai and will offer 1,300 apartments including 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes starting at Rs 12.73 lakh, with a minimum size of 670 square feet, a press release issued here said.        

Conceptualised as a national brand, the project will meet the home-buyers' full spectrum of lifestyle needs at an affordable price, it said.        

"New Haven will offer self-contained homes with an amenity-rich lifestyle. Spread across 35-acres, the signature homes will provide consumers with a swimming pool, clubhouse and community centre, children's playground, indoor badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, banquet facilities, landscaped gardens, winding walkways and acupressure paths, among others," the release added.        

Tata Housing's Managing Director and CEO, Brotin Banerjee, said: "With New Haven, we have once again created a landmark offering where affordability meets exceptional lifestyle. Strategically located in Mumbai's new growth corridor, Boisar, New Haven combines tasteful design fitted with the latest in modern conveniences, perfectly setting the tone for family living."

Extensive consumer research and development has been undertaken to create a housing product that caters to the aspirational needs of the consumer for an amenities-rich lifestyle as part of an integrated township experience. Every home is set in a well-finished modern building with attractive green streetscapes and lush landscapes.        

Followed by this (Boisar) launch, New Haven will set up a pan-India presence across Tier I and II cities in India.        

Like all other properties of Tata Housing, New Haven will also be constructed under the guidance of Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and has been designed to reduce the impact on the environment.        

Tata Housing offers homes at New Haven starting from Rs 12.73 lakh to Rs 26.22 lakh, the release added.

Consumers can book an apartment with an initial payment of 10 per cent of the total sale price as booking amount.        

Tata Housing Development Company is a fully-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons.
