The 2nd Edition of GIREM Urban Planning and Real Estate Leadership summit will be a great leap forward in Indian Realty history, with a broad array of focused forums to make participation more exciting and profitable for the attendees. The Summit is organized by Triple Tree Exhibitions & Sports in association with Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj (JLLM), Asipac, RICS and Four-D Consulting. ‘The Time is now to INSPIRE’ is the focal theme of the Summit this year.

The summit will be held at Hotel Majorda Beach Resort, Goa from September 17th to 19th, 2009.

“This year, GIREM will focus on means to manage the present situation, and how we can shape the future landscape of India in a constructive manner. What we are experiencing today is the birth of new opportunities; the time is now to INSPIRE - through our actions, attitude and values - the welfare of the industry and India as country”, said Mr. Shyam Sundar S.
