Manorama, Six Feet Under - Premiere Blockbuster
Sunday, 28 June, 1.30 pm

Premiering on 28 June, Manorama Six Feet Under tells the story of an amateur detective in a small town, who finds himself caught in a web of lies, deceit and murder. Starring Abhay Deol in the role of SV, the story unfolds in a small town, where stifled by the dreariness of small town existence and frustrated by the failure of his maiden novel, SV’s life take a turn when the wife of a powerful local politician asks him to spy on her husband. Upon completion of his assignment, SV discovers the woman is not who she claims to be. Things take a turn for the worse when she is killed in a mysterious accident.

Four young lads,  played by Dino Morea, Bikram Saluja, Rohit Roy and Sanjay Suri, come to Bombay in search of fame and fortune. They come up with a plan to make mega bucks by kidnapping a wealthy business tycoon and demanding ransom. But as fate would have it, the foursome have kidnapped an underworld don and get more than what they bargained for.

Take a behind the scenes look at the lifestyle of the A list celebrities in metro cities. It explores the networking and the power play between the air-kissing, champagne-swilling celebrities and the media, all witnessed through the eyes of an entertainment journalist, Madhavi Sharma played by Konkona Sen Sharma.

Aan – Men At Work, 21 June, 1.30 pm
Realism meets commercialism. Madhur Bhandarkar takes the same route that his peers Govind Nihalini (Ardh Satya) and Rajkumar Santoshi (Khakee) embarked upon in the past. Though different from these films, the film follows a similar story line. What sets Aan apart is the way the plot has been packaged and presented. Besdies clap-trap situatios, the film is embellished with some exceptional dramatic confrontations.

Rudraksh, 21 June, 9 pm
Starring Bipasha Basu, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty and Isha Koppikar, this film revolves around paranormal activities being investigated by Dr. Gayatri. Her investigations bring her team to India, where they encounter the gifted Varun, the formidable Bhuria and his ravisihing consort Lali.

Phir Milenge, 28 June, 9 pm
Starring Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Shilpa Shetty, this is actor-director Revathy’s second film. Phir Milenge follows the life of Tamanna and is all about loving life.

CVO showcases some of Amitabh Bachchan’s biggest hits in his most unforgettable avatars. Catch him in Trishul, Mahaan, Ganga Ki Saugandh and Akayla.
