Titan Industries today said consolidated net profit rose 54 per cent to Rs 251 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010, in comparison to the corresponding period last year.

Total income rose to Rs 4,689 crore for the year ended March 31 from Rs 3,837 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, Titan Industries said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
