Chennai-based TVS Motor Company is planning to go ahead with the sales of its Flame model, which employs the twin-spark plug technology, after obtaining the necessary legal certifications.

The decision comes in the wake of the Supreme Court’s September 16 judgement, which favoured TVS in the legal tussle with Bajaj over the use of the twin-spark plug.
