This is to inform you that i bought a sim card of your company around 1 week back but the problem i am facing is that i cant make phone call to any other network except BSNL. I tried calling your helpline number 121 but it seems that you have acute shortage of people in your company as there is no one who responds to phone call, in short there is no customer care executive , or i think the whole company has gone for a vacation. so plz do the needful. as soon as possible . Plz suggest a way to reach a customer care executive or to discard the sim .

1. When Docomo started their service, majority of the places were under their coverage, but we failed to get coverage especially in some key rural towns where customers are high.
2.Local advertisements in news papers, in small columns, about coverages,offers,no. of cusomers and so on may be started.
3. We must attract certain group of customers like students or like by launching new schemes.
4.Reps should be sent to rural areas where our customers are low than urban areas
5.We must get coverage in all places where others have.We the Keralites are always after coverage. Some unimportant places are selected in some places. We must select the towns in priority on the basis of the density of the customers.

Its great surprise to note that, Uninor not came with per second pricing. Every one thought that, uninor will come with more economic tariff. How ever, Uninor has disapointed the Indian consumers. |

| Even after the latest entrant Uninor starting services in the Mobile market, the tariffs have not come down to the level of 10paise for local and 25paise for STD per minute of talk time, as has been predicted by the Minster for Telecom, a few months back.
There are still some more service providers waiting to launch their services, and I hope with that the tariff will come to that level.
