To ensure a smooth road for passing the General Budget before July 31, the United progressive Alliance (UPA) government will delay the tabling of the volatile report of the Liberhan Commission on the demolition of Babri Masjid, in Parliament.
According to Congress sources, the report may not be tabled at all during the monsoon session of Parliament that will run from July 2 to August 7.
