| The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in the US, in association with the Confederation of Indian Indusry (CII), is running a Global Leadership 2020 Programe here from October 12 to 17.

| The program focuses on developing a global mindset, leveraging knowledge, exploiting economies of scale, while at the same time, developing a deep understanding of the local business environment.

| The visiting executives will learn about the challenges the Indian companies face in competing in the global market.

| They will interact with the CEO and senior executives from Satyam Computers, ITC and MindTree Consulting.
|

| They will also attend presentations by the executives such as Kodak, United Technologies, HP, and Microsoft on the increased opportunities these companies see in India.

| The faculty director of the programme, Vijay Govindarajan of Tuck School of Business, whose area expertise is strategy, said: “Corporations committed to success in the global market must develop a cadre of leaders whose mindset and skills position themto operate strategically in a global environment. That is the objective of the Global Leadership 2020.” |
