Investors remained alert on Wednesday after a rally, leaving stocks little changed despite strong and positive news on new home sales and durable goods orders.

The Dow Jones industrial average rose four points (0.04%) at 9,543.The Nasdaq Composite Index  ended up just 0.20 points (0.01%) at 2,024.43.

The Inidan ADRs have ended a mixed note.

HDFC Bank slipped 1% to $98.14. Genpact and ICICI Bank were marginally down at $12.72 and $31.39, respectively. Patni Computers was flat at $18.37.
