US markets end mixed on Federal Reserve policy and a lower than expected home sales. The commitee met to discuss the economic situation in the recession hit economy.

The Dow slipped 16 points to 8,323. The Nasdaq was flat at 1,765.

Indian ADRs were in green.

Dr Reddy's and Genpact added 2% each to $15.58 and $11.58, respectively. Tata Communications moved up 1.7% to $18.17.

Infosys and Tata Motors advanced 1% each to $35.47 and $9.22, respectively.

However, HDFC Bank shed 3.3% to $93.92.
