Infrastructure development firm Valecha Engineering today said its board will meet on November 27 to consider raising of funds through international markets.

The board would meet to consider raising of funds through the issue of American Depositary Receipts, Global Depository Receipts and Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, Valecha Engineering said in a filing to the BSE.
