Vati Consulting launches QuickHire
Hiring made simpler, faster and cost effective
Announcement / Corporate Feb 01, 2011, 19:53 IST

As India Inc. gets into an aggressive mode of recruitment across sectors (analysts peg it at a three-fold increase), Vati Consulting today announced the launch of QuickHire, a simplified process to facilitate “fast-track” recruitment and build scale in corporate recruiting teams.

Vati Consulting, a premier Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service provider, is introducing QuickHire, a cost-effective and fast-track solution for various sector clients, having understood the urgency of Corporate India. The solution aims to reduce hiring costs by a significant 20 to 30 per cent as Vati Consulting will short list candidates from a large human resource pool base through detailed Technical & HR Interviews, thus saving the client’s time and money. Vati Consulting’s experienced interview panel will enable clients meeting and selecting the closest to hire candidates only, thus saving considerable time and effort.

Mr. Amitabh Das, Founder & CEO, Vati Consulting said, “We understand that short listing and hiring of the ‘right’ candidates is a process which needs attention. Currently organisations spend considerable amount of time and effort to do the first few rounds of technical interviews which easily adds over 20%-30% to the total cost-per-hire. We take care of most of the recruitment process of the company which can then focus on its core activities. QuickHire is a solution that addresses this important need.”

“Vati provides an organized and focused approach towards untapped human resource pool. We believe that on an average to hire 100 candidates, the hiring managers would need to shortlist at least 200 prospective candidates after interviewing about 1000 of them. This is where QuickHire fits the bill,” he added.

Vati aims to set a new benchmark in hiring with the launch of this platform. The QuickHire process is a very methodical and streamlined process, using the best of human resources and technology solutions. The QuickHire value propositions are - productivity by weeding out unsuitable candidates in the initial stages itself; cost effectiveness by saving people time, absorbing all logistics and operational related costs for their clients; better resource utilization of client competencies away from interviewing candidates; and finally a large qualified pool of interviewers.
