Virtusa Corporation, a provider of information consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has signed an agreement with U21Global, an online graduate school, to offer advanced global business leadership learning to Virtusa employees.
Initially, 200 senior leaders of Virtusa will take up the programme termed as the Certificate of Global Business Leadership.
The programme will involve 174 hours of management development training, including 24 weeks of learning sessions, three weeks of final project and two weeks of grading. Each batch will have 40 learners.
According to T N Hari, global head-human resources, Virtusa, the programme will heighten global business strategy skills of Virtusa leaders.
The Massachusetts-headquartered company, which operates out of Hyderabad and Chennai in India, employs about 3,500 people worldwide.
