Vivek Kumar appointed CEO of Aamby Valley

Vivek Kumar, CEO of the five-star hotel, Sahara Star, will soon take on another role. He has been appointed as the CEO of Aamby Valley, an integrated hill city developed by Sahara India Pariwar. In addition to heading Sahara star and Aamby Valley, Kumar has also been inducted on the board of Sahara India Pariwar as an executive director.
 
Expressing his views on the new appointment, Kumar said, “We at Sahara India Pariwar aim to offer destinations of luxury and leisure to all and it is an honour to be the CEO of two prestigious organisations like Sahara Hospitality Limited and Amby Valley City."
 
Kumar has been associated with Sahara India Pariwar in several capacities previously. He established Air-Sahara operations, sales & marketing for the western part of the country, has been an official spokesperson of the Sahara group and anchored many social and political programs on Sahara television.

He has also been associated with several sporting events sponsored by the group, such as the Sahara Cup (India v/s Pakistan one day international cricket matches) at Toronto, Canada for five years, Sahara India All Asia Team Tennis Championship, New Delhi and the Sahara India Gold Cup Hockey Tournament, New Delhi.
