Wipro rallied over 7%  to Rs 375.  The stock  zoomed to a high of Rs 379, and witnessed trades of 433,343 shares on the counter.

Wipro has moved up on the back of its plans to ramp up its China operations

The company is planning to increase its China operations 10-fold by 2010, according to a top industry official. Wipro currently has operations in Chengdu and Shanghai, where it employs 305 people.
