A-I not deferring orders: Boeing23-JUL-09
US aircraft maker Boeing today denied that Air India has so far cancelled or deferred any airplane order and there are any cancellation discussions going on with them. Jet Airways, however, has deferred the delivery of seven jets. “There have been no talks with Air India so far for cancellation or deferment for any aircraft. These are difficult times, but no discussions on the deferral is going on with Air India,” Boeing India President Dinesh Keskar, said.
