| The Haryana government today decided to set up a farmers’ commission within three months to safeguard the interests of the farming community and also to enhance the financial incentive admissible under Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Vivah Shagun Yojana from Rs 15,000 to Rs 31,000 with effect from November 19, which happens to be the birthday of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. |
