Biofuels technology company Praj Industries posted a standalone net profit of Rs 47.31 crore during the quarter ended December 2008, which reflects a growth of 19.92 per cent over the net profit of Rs 39.45 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The company’s standalone revenues grew to Rs 210.05 crore during the quarter, a jump of 16.54 per cent over Rs 180.23 crore posted in the October-December quarter of the previous financial year.
