| Linc Pens & Plastics has joined the retail revolution under the brand ‘Office Linc’.
| |
| “As of now, we have 2 Office Linc stores in Kolkata that are company owned and managed. Office Linc stores are a one-stop shop for all kinds of stationery products required in an office, from pins to laptops,” said Deepak Jalan, managing director, Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd.
| |
| Office Linc also has channel partners like Airtel (telecommunications), DHL & Blue Dart (express centre), Microsoft (hardware and software), Music World (music store), Book Cellar (book store), Anderson Printing (personalised printing), Presto (presonalised gifts and stamps), Aqua Java (cafe), SKP Moneywise (financial services) and Talk (mobile services).
| |
| The partners would also stock their products in Office Linc stores as well as provide after-sales services.
| |
| “All our products would be available for less than the maximum retail price if bought individually. For bulk orders, we would provide heavy discounts. For example, if one pen would cost Rs 49, 3 pens bought together would cost Rs 99, and so on,” informed Jalan.
| |
| Bulk orders would be transported to offices between Dalhousie and Salt Lake at no extra charges, claimed Jalan.
| |
| “By the end of this fiscal, we should have 5 more Office Linc stores all over India, besides the present 2 in Kolkata. We already have 10 ‘Just Linc’ stores all over India, with 2 stores in Kolkata’s Big Bazaar and City Centre. We should be opening a few more Just Linc stores shortly,” said Jalan.
| |
| Just Linc stores are usually of 500 sq ft, located only inside shopping malls and stock only Linc products.
| |
| The retail division of Linc launched their second ‘Office Linc’ store in Salt Lake Sector V today.
| |
| Spread over 4,000 sq ft, the store required an investment of Rs 1 crore.
