Hindalco Industries has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company on Wednesday approved the scheme of arrangement of amalgamation of the copper business of Indo Gulf Corporation with the company.
As per the scheme, the company will allot one equity share for every 12 equity shares of Indo Gulf Corporation to those shareholders of Indo Gulf Corporation whose names appear on record as on March 13, 2003.
