Illegal liquor worth Rs 10 lakh seized
The truck was intercepted in Malkisar town last night by police following a tip off that the liquor was being smuggled to Rajasthan from Haryana, they said.
578 cartons of fake liquor bottles were seized, they said, adding that the driver of the truck is absconding.
The owner of the vehicle has been identified as Hoshiyar Singh, a resident of Haryana.
