"We seem to be losing to Chennai all the time. We are really working hard on the track and we are not just very good in the field at the moment. For us, it is a case of keeping working hard," Lehmann told reporters after the match last night.
"It is a young squad and sometimes it is disappointing that some of the players are making mistakes. We have just got to get better," he said.
Lehmann said he has had several talks with the players on how the plans need to be implemented.
"So many times I had words with players. I have talked about what they need to do on the field. We are trying to get the best from the players for some best cricket," he said.
"About 30 or 40 runs cost us," he added.
