Engineers India announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 June 2015

Engineers India announced the following changes in the Board of Directors:

1. A. K. Purwaha, Chairman & Managing Director ceased to be the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2015 on attaining the age of superannuation on 31 May 2015.

2. Sanjay Gupta, Director (Commercial), Engineers India has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India vide Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas Letter dated 08 May 2015, from the date of his assumption of charge of the post on or after 01 June 2015 or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

 

3. Sanjay Gupta has assumed the charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of Engineers India w.e.f. 01 June 2015.
