A Kameswar Rao is a worried man. After the devastating Phailin cyclonic storm robbed 35-year-old Rao of all his belongings, he is clueless about how he is going to face the future. Rao, a native of New Buxipalli village in Odisha's Ganjam district, had four fibreglass boats worth Rs 6 lakh and fishing nets valued at Rs 3 lakh.
