EOW to file first NSEL chargesheet by Dec 31

The department will also summon and question brokers, as they have been mentioned in the FIR; it is still looking at FTIL's books

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai Police has said that it will file the first chargesheet by December 31 in the National Spot Exchange (NSEL) case. The first chargesheet will be filed within 90 days of the first arrest. The EOW will summon and question brokers as well, as they are mentioned in the FIR.
