Lalitesh Katragadda has an audacious goal: to ensure that every home in the country gets high speed broadband access for around Rs 100 per month. For this, Andhra Pradesh is the laboratory - it promises a minimum speed of 10 mbps. Katragadda is working for the government to connect a billion Indians.
