Bihar shelter home case: Nitish has to take all the blame, says ex-minister

Parveen Amanullah was in-charge of the social welfare department in Bihar from 2010-14, but all her pleas of irregularities in the selection of NGOs to run shelter homes in the state were unheard by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Amanullah, who joined Aam Aadmi Party in 2014, in an interview to Satyavrat Mishra, says Kumar should have heard her and taken action then.
