The National Democratic Alliance government has been able to achieve its ambitious plan of converting 29 labour laws into four codes. Labour and Employment Minister Santosh Kumar Gangwar tells Indivjal Dhasmana and Somesh Jha in an interview that the codes will remove red-tapism and lead to setting up of big factories as it removes rigidity in labour laws.
