What next for Bihar after fierce election: Time to celebrate or deliberate?

One of the under-developed states in India, Bihar is also a fierce political battleground involving strong regional parties.    Fighting the pandemic, Bihar was a net loser compared to India, as joblessness in the state was nearly twice the national average. Unemployment had come under control at the beginning of the recently-ended tenure of Nitish Kumar.
