Delhi sizzles at 41.4 C

The maximum was recorded at 41.4 degrees Celsius, two degrees above normal and up from yesterday's 40.8 degrees, while the minimum was at 25.4 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal and down from yesterday's 29 degrees Celsius.

The humidity oscillated between 20 and 54 per cent during the day.

The Weatherman has warned of a dust storm in the evening.

"There could be a dust storm and thunder storm towards evening in the city. The temperature will be between 27 and 43 degrees Celsius," a MeT official said.
