It needs patience ad infinitum for Indians to bear double digit inflation whereas for their counterparts elsewhere even a 3.0 per cent rate of inflation is revolting.

It is no longer a secret that all appointments of CEOs in the banking/financial sector have political colour. That is why incumbents to these plum posts serve their political masters and squander largesse at their behest throwing all prudential lending norms to the wind. The result is there for all to see scam after scam whereas genuine industry, trade, business and commerce is left high and dry, and people suffer the pangs of inflation.All extensions, reappointments are a fraud and smack of nothing but vested political interest.
