Realty major DLF Limited has achieved a complete sell out in its senior living project Aureva for ₹1,985 crore, the company’s Managing Director and Chief Business Officer (CBO) Aakash Ohri told Business Standard in a telephonic interaction on Sunday.
Spread across approximately 4.17 acres in Gurugram’s Sector 63, all 172 4 BHK units in the senior living project achieved an average ticket price of ₹11.5 crore, Ohri said.
While the company did not share investment figures, the MD added that DLF will also provide the infrastructure for healthcare in its senior living project.
“This infrastructure will be managed and run by an undecided big healthcare company. We will decide on the company in four years from now,” he said.
The overall project includes a total carpet area of over 400,000 square feet and a total saleable area of over 750,000 square feet.

Ohri said that 25 per cent of the buyer profile in Aureva includes non-resident Indians (NRIs). The rest are Indian nationals, of which, 65 per cent come from the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), while 10 per cent are from the rest of the country.
“The way Aureva is designed, it has not just got a medical element but a luxury element as well,” he said, adding that the project includes everything a luxury project would require, and will create a very bustling ecosystem with ultra-luxury residential project DLF Arbour next to it.
The announcement comes at a time when several mainstream developers are looking to enter the senior living space, driven by ageing rates, rising affluence and changing family structures in India.
However, he added that the company is not looking to expand further in the senior living segment at this moment.
Commenting on upcoming launches, Ohri said that DLF is looking at three more projects in this financial year. “We will have the second phase of DLF Westpark in Mumbai, along with a big launch in Gurugram and simultaneous completion in The Dahlias and other projects,” he said.
The Gurugram-based developer has an annual sales guidance of ₹20,000 crore for 2026-27 (FY27) after achieving sales worth ₹20,143 crore in FY26.
However, during the first quarter of FY27, DLF’s sales bookings plunged 94 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to ₹657 crore from ₹11,425 crore, due to deferred launches.
