NTPC, Divis Laboratories, JK Cement, Rainbow Children's Medicare, Reliance Infrastructure, Anupam Rasayan India, Dollar Industries, Polyplex Corporation, Precision Wires India, India Pesticides, and Studds Accessories are scheduled to announce their earnings report for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26).

Some other firms that will announce their results today include Salzer Electronics, Sarda Energy & Minerals, Vindhya Telelinks, Universal Cables, Mawana Sugars, Gloster, Captain Polyplast, HBL Engineering, Satia Industries, Vardhman Holdings, Prithvi Exchange (India), Pritika Auto Industries, Sakthi Finance, Captain Pipes, Anjani Foods, Digjam, Orosil Smiths India, Sanstar, and Starlit Power Systems.

Fortis Q4 results highlights

Fortis Healthcare on Friday reported a 44 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for Q4FY26, aided by a sharp decline in exceptional losses.

Profit after tax (PAT) increased to ₹271.19 crore from ₹188.02 crore in the year-ago quarter. Exceptional losses during the March quarter declined nearly 76 per cent year-on-year to ₹1,249 crore, compared with ₹5,357 crore in Q4FY25.

Revenue from operations rose 17.8 per cent year-on-year to ₹2,365 crore in Q4FY26 from ₹2,007 crore a year earlier.

Stock Market highlights from May 22

The Nifty50 and the Sensex ended higher on Friday, supported by gains in banking and financial stocks as the Indian rupee strengthened sharply against the US dollar.

The Nifty50 advanced 64.60 points, or 0.27 per cent, to close at 23,719.30, while the Sensex rose 231.99 points, or 0.31 per cent, to settle at 75,415.35.

The rupee appreciated by 51 paise to touch an intraday high of 95.69 against the greenback. It had settled at 96.20 per dollar on Thursday.

Trent, Shriram Finance, and Axis Bank emerged as the top gainers in the Nifty50 index.

In the broader market, the Nifty MidCap index ended 0.14 per cent higher, while the Nifty SmallCap index slipped 0.15 per cent.

Among sectors, the Nifty Private Bank, Nifty Financial Services, and Nifty Bank indices outperformed, whereas the Nifty Pharma, Nifty Healthcare, and Nifty Media indices lagged.

List of firms releasing Q4 results today, May 23
