Dynavox Industries, previous Dynavox Electronic, was incorporated as a private limited company in Nov.'82 and it was converted into a public limited company in May.'94. It has been promoted by Watapalli Tulasinga Balaji. The company is engaged in the business of marketing and servicing office automation and telecommunication products like Canon copiers and facsimile machines and it is also the authorised sales and service agents for Canon copiers and fax in India. It has successfully launched several products like plain paper and personal copiers, fax machines, EPABX and KTS with diverse range of office automation and telecommunication equipments. DIL entered into a MoU with Hyundai, South Korea, for exclusive marketing and servicing of their telecommunication products in India under the joint brand names of Hyundai and Dynavox. It has also signed a MoU with Advanced Medical Technology, US, in the field of medical electronics. The company's products are exported to middle-east countries, east Europe, Russia, Australia and Korea. The company has plans to expand its market of CD vision player under an agreement with Hyundai. During 1996-97, it finalised the terms to sign the foreign collaboration Joint Venture with M/s Expidite Systems Inc, USA to introduce in India enhanced fax services under global network and to utilise PSTN lines for high speed communication transmission. The company's Directors propose to change the name of the company to 'Dynavox Industries Ltd'. In 1997-98, it introduced the multi media 15" high resolution monitor in association with Barcby Association Corp., Tokyo and has tied up with Needle Incinerator Corp, UK for medical electronic products.
