		The third and final match of the three-match series between India and Ireland at The Village ground in Dublin was abandoned on Sunday, August 20, 2023. Not even a single ball was bowled as the rain lashed Malaihde and did not stop even for the toss to take place. With the third match abandoned, India, which won the first and second games took the series 2-0.&nbsp;</div>

		Having won the first match with two runs courtesy of the Duckworth-Lewis and Stern method and the second one by 33 runs, India sought to experiment in the third match. Players like Jitesh Sharma and Avesh Khan were lined up to get a game ahead of their Asian Games exposure, but rain came in the way.&nbsp;</div>
