(3)Appointment of M/s Jitendra Parmar & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries(FRN: S2023GJ903900 Membership No: F11336 COP No.: 15863) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year2024-25 and (4) Resignation of Mrs. Ritu Singh as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 22nd April 2025
